Preparation instruction: Makes 16 (8 ounce) servings. 1. Pour 1 gallon cold milk into mixing bowl or larger pitcher. Add mix. 2. Mix using one of the following methods: Wire Whip: Mix for 3 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir for 1 additional minute. Blender: Mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes. Blend for 1 additional minute. 3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Note: For 1 (1 cup) serving: Mix 1 cup cold milk with 1/4 cup shake mix using one of the following methods: Wire Whip: Mix 1 minute. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir for 30 seconds. Blender: Blend 30 seconds at low speed.
