Preparation instruction: Keep product frozen. Steamer: 1. Place 3 Redi Melts into desired number of mold cavities. Do not apply food release spray to molds. This may result in improper cooking of the product, thus adversely affecting the texture of the product. 2. Cover molds with plastic wrap or foil and place into perforated pan. 3. Cook in a steamer for 30 minutes or until set and an internal temperature of 180 F is reached. Stove Top and Conventional Oven Steaming: 1. Place 3 Redi Melts into desired number of mold cavities. Do not apply food release spray to molds. This may result in improper cooking of the product, thus adversely affecting the texture of the product. 2. Cover molds with plastic wrap or foil and palce into perforated pan. 3. Suspend perforated pan above a second pan filled with water; keeping water level on second pan below the perforated pan. Be sure second pan is filled with enough water so that it does not boil away during the cooking process. 4. Place pan on burner and steam for 30 minutes or until set and an internal temperature of 180 F is reached. 5. Or you may place suspended product in a preheated oven at 325 F for 35-40 minutes or until set and an internal temperature of 180 F is reached. Re-Therm Directions: 1. Prepare product as directed on package or as above. 2. Refrigerate or freeze product until ready to plate. 3. Plate prepared product along with other food items such as a vegetable and starch component. To facilitate heating, pour a sauce or gravy over items. * Note: it is best not to exceed a total of 12 oz. of food on any given plate. 4. Re-therm according to the Manufacturer's guidelines. Conduction Unit: Place dome/cover/lid over the plate. From Thawed: Heat for standard 36 minute cycle. From Frozen: Heat for standard 36 minute cycle. Convection Unit: Place dome/cover/lid over the plate. * Hold product in unit at 38 F for 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to re-therming. From Thawed: Heat for standard 48 minute cycle.
