Low in fat and sodium, free from cholesterol, and a good source of fiber, the HomestatFarm Maypo instant oatmeal will suit a varied range of patrons. Instant Maple Flavored Oatmeal made with whole grain and all natural flavoring.

Preparation instruction: For microwave (one serving):Combine 1 cup water or milk, pinch of salt (optional) and 1/2 cup Maypo ina 2 cup microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or to a desired consistency. Stir before using. For stovetop (2 servings): Heat 2 cups water or milk and 1/8 tsp salt (optional) to a rapid boil. Slowly stir in 1 cup Maypo. Stir over medium heat for 30 seconds or to desired consistency. Remove from heat; cover until served. NOTE: Times given are approximate. Use care when removing bowl from heat source because it may be hot. For thicker cereal, add less water or milk. For thinner cereal add more water or milk.
