The Yuengling Brewers Choice Beer Battered Haddock Fillet is ready to cook but looks made from scratch. The fillets are battered with authentic craft-brewed Yuengling Traditional Lager. They are light and flaky with a crispy coating that absorb less oil. The bulk case is ideal for restaurants, pubs, food trucks and hyper markets.

Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for 7-9 minutes. TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 18- 22 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 18-22 minutes.
