Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM THAWED: TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 360°F and fry for 1 minute. TO BAKE: Place defrosted fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 11-12 minutes. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place defrosted fish in a single layer in a microwave safe dish lined with 2 paper towels. Loosely cover and microwave on HIGH power for 30 seconds. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. CAUTION: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
