Preparation instruction: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350. Do not puncture bag. Place bag in oven-safe pan containing 1/2 inch water for 1 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165. Boil in Bag: Do not puncture bag. Place bag in boiling water for 1 hr or until internal temperature reaches 165. Microwave Oven (1200w): Puncture small hole near top of bag. Place bag in microwave for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165.
