Preparation instruction: Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 325F. Do not remove cooking bag. Place frozen or thawed breast in a 2-inch deep pan. Bake 12-16 minutes (thawed) or 19-23 minutes (frozen). Bag will inflate during cooking. The bag will not burst. Do not puncture bag until checking temperature. Cook until browned and internal temperature has reached a minimum of 165F. Test with thermometer. Remove from oven. Let stand 20-30 minutes for easier slicing. Remove cooking bag and serve.Thaw in original packaging in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not refreeze. For best results cook from a thawed state. Cooking from frozen: Place the frozen roast in a pre-heated oven at 200F for 60 minutes.
