Handy's Coconut Breaded Shrimp are large shrimp hand dipped in a sweet and savory coconut and panko breading. The crispy coconut coating adds a delicious crunch to every bite. The Coconut Breaded Shrimp are perfect served alone or paired with a Sweet Mango Chili Sauce.
Preparation instruction: BAKE
Pre-heat oven at 425°F. Lightly Spray or coat baking sheet with oil. Place Coconut Shrimp onto pan. Place pan on rack in middle of oven.
