McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Barbecue Seasoning is an authentic Southwest blend of spices and seasonings including sugar, paprika, and onion. Mesquite Barbecue Seasoning enhances foods with the delightfully sweet and smoky flavor of true southern barbecue.
Preparation instruction: Mesquite Lime Chicken Sandwich ( 24 - 6 oz. sandwiches) 1. Mix 1 & 1/2 cups fresh lime juice, 1 & 1/8 cup Grill Mates Mesquite Seasoning, and 3/4 cups ea. of honey and vegetable oil. 2. Add 9 lbs. of fresh chicken breast, marinade for 1-4 hours. 3. Grill chicken over medium heat for 6- 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 (F) is reached. 4. Mix 3 cups of mayonnaise and 4 tbsp. of McCormick Chipotle Chili Pepper in a small bowl. Plate the chicken on sandwich rolls, top with spread.
