Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning is a special blend of herbs and spices that mix with ground beef to make unique and flavorful burgers for your menu. Shake on this savory blend of coarsely ground peppers, toasted onion and garlic for bolder, juicier burgers every time.
Preparation instruction: Ultimate Blue Cheese Burger (24 servings) 1. To 6 lb. ground beef, add 1 and 1/2 cup blue cheese. 2. Add 1 and 1/2 cup chopped onion with 1/3 cup Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning Mix ground beef, cheese and chopped onion in a bowl. Shape into four patties. Grill over medium heat until internal temp of 160 degrees F is reached. Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Chef's Tip: This burger also works great with ground turkey.
