Preparation type: BAKING

Preparation instructions: Oven Roasted BBQ Potatoes: (Serves 24) Directions: 1. Use 9 lbs. red potatoes, cut in 3/4 in. pieces, add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/3 cup McCormick Grill Mates Barbeque Seasoning. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Toss potatoes with oil in a large bowl. Add McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Seasoning; toss evenly to coat. Spread potatoes evenly on a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray. 3. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and brown, stirring half way through the cooking process.
