Made with our special spice blend, the Chicago Style Gyro meat was designed for authentic taste without sacrificing value. Our raw loaf makes this form of gyros convenient for operators with limited equipment and space.
Preparation and Cooking:
Bake - - Preheat oven to 375F- Place raw gyros loaf on a sheet pan - Place raw gyros loaf in heated oven- Cook for approximately 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165?F- Take out cooked gyro loaf out of oven and let loaf rest at room temperature or place into refrigerator until cooled and ready for slicing - Slicing Instructions: for best results we recommend ½ oz. slices. Because of variations between different slicers, a portion scale should be used to determine what setting is applicable
