Preparation type: BOIL

Preparation instructions: BANANA, WATER, PORK, SOYBEAN OIL, NATURAL SEA SALT, ONION, SEASONING BLEND (GARLIC, SALT, SPICES, ANNATO, YEAST STOVE TOP: Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 15 minutes. Carefully remove from water and cut along side. Empty the pastel onto a dish and serve. MICROWAVE: Place unopened pouch on microwave-safe plate. Puncture with fork 3 or 4 times to vent. Heat 5 minutes using high setting. Carefully remove pouch. Cut along side and empty pastel onto a dish and serve. PLEASE NOTE: Microwave ovens vary.
