Preparation instruction: For machine cut donuts, add 5 lbs. mix to 1 qt. 4 oz. of water and mix according to directions on bag. Place dough in machine hopper within 35 minutes of mixing. For hand cut donuts, add 5 lbs. mix to 30 oz. water and mix according to directions. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut donuts. Let rest on screen 5 minutes before frying. Fry in pre-heated 375 - 380 F oil.
