    From scratch-like biscuits to flavorful breadbaskets, Gold Medal(TM) gives you the versatility you need to create simple, signature recipes. This buttermillk biscuit mix in an easy, "just add water" format is formulated to produce moist and fluffy biscuit
     
    Preparation instruction: Pour liquid and mix into bowl. Mix until soft dough forms , 30 strokes. DO NOT OVERMIX. Place dough on a floured bench/cloth. Dust w/flour and fold in half lengthwise. DO NOT KNEAD. Divide in half, roll out to desired thickness. Scale cut dough using desired size cutter. Pan biscuits close together on a lightly greased/paper-lined 16 x 24 sheet pan. BAKE: 450?F, standard oven, 11-13 min./br>
