Available in a bulk pack of 6 containers per case, the Custom Culinary base is ideal for seafood restaurants, delis and retail stores.
Custom Culinary Gold Label Crab Base
Preparation instruction: To prepare soup or broth, dissolve 1 lb. of Base in 4 gallons of boiling water. For a smaller quantity, dissolve 1-1/4 teaspoons of Base in 8 fluid ounces of boiling water or 4 ounces of Base in 1 gallon of boiling water.
