Preparation type: BAKE
Preparation instructions: 1. Blend required amount of product into warm heavy cream while stirring well with a whisk. 2. Bring to boil whilst stirring constantly. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Pour into heat proof dish, chill in refrigerator (41 F) till set. 5. Sprinkle HACO caramel sugar (or torch brown sugar) on top of the creme brûlée 10 minutes before serving.
