Preparation Instructions: 12 oz. Cafe Mocha: Place 3 tablespoons GHIRARDELLI GROUND CHOCOLATE in a large glass. Add a shot of espresso and stir. Fill to top of glass with steamed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of GHIRARDELLI GROUND CHOCOLATE, if desired. Cappuccino: Sprinkle GHIRARDELLI GROUND CHOCOLATE over steamed milk added to espresso coffee. For a 16 oz. drink, add 4 tbsp. of Sweet Ground Chocolate and 1-2 shots espresso to 12-14 oz. of steamed milk.
