Preparation instruction: Use only filtered, non-softened cold water for brewing. Coffee should be brewed using water at 195 F to 205 F. Designate separate brew baskets and serving vessels for flavored vs. non-flavored coffees. Keep unopened bags in a cool, dry storage area. Never open coffee packs early and stack in filters. Level coffee grounds in filter before brewing. Discard coffee grounds and clean brew baskets immediately after brewing. Maintain coffee hold times. Never add fresh coffee to old coffee.
