The Gambino’s Pistolettes are fully baked and can be used to hold sandwich fillings. It has a crispy exterior with a flaky, paper-thin crust on the inside. With 72 pistolettes, the bulk case is a great buy for cafeterias, bakeries, and concession stands.
Light, flaky crust with a soft, airy interior.
Preparation instruction: Bread is fully baked and can be toasted in the oven, pressed, or cooked on a flat top. Applying oil or butter before toasting is preferable. Thaw and serve is also delicious.
