The ready-to-cook Freds Battered Pickle Chips make for a great snack or appetizer. Made with a blend of wheat, milk, and soy, these chips are whole dill pickles sliced and battered for the delicious crunch. Pre-prepared for convenience, these pickle chips save valuable prep time and effort. An ideal buy for cafes, bistros, and snacks bars, this bulk case contains 6 packs of Freds pickle chips.

Fermented pickle slices, crinkle cut, battered, par-fried and IQF. Reconstituted color and appearance will be golden brown. Texture after frying will yield a crispy coating with a firm pickle.
 
Preparation instruction: Preparation Type: Cooking Instructions Deep Fryer Instructions: 350°F for 1 3/4 - 2 minutes. Conventional Oven Instructions: 450°F for 6 - 7 minutes. Convection Oven Instructions: 350°F for 3 1/2 minutes. Preparation Notes: FOR BEST QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. ALL FOOD SHOULD BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160°F. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Preparation Notes: Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary and require adjustment.
