The Windsor Freds Battered Cauliflower is made from premium white cauliflower florets. Coated in flavorful cheddar cheese batter, these florets are easy to prepare, just fry and serve. The bulk case is ideal for food stalls and cafeterias.

IQF cauliflower florets, battered, prefried and IQF frozen. Reconstituted color and appearance will be golden brown. Texture after frying will yield a crispy coating surrounding firm cauliflower.
 
Preparation instruction: Preparation Type: Cooking Instructions Deep Fryer Instructions: 350°F for 3 1/4 - 4 minutes. Conventional Oven Instructions: 425°F for 9 1/2 minutes. Convection Oven Instructions: 375°F for 8 - 9 minutes. Preparation Notes: FOR BEST QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY FOLLOW THESE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS. ALL FOOD SHOULD BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F FOR 15 SECONDS. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE.
