The Windsor Golden Tiger Pork Potsticker is a pack of ready-to-cook pork appetizers. Made with pork and covered with wheat flour, these potstickers are great when served in soups, salads, or just as is with dips. Pre-prepared for convenience, these pork potstickers help in quick kitchen-to-table service and save valuable prep time. Product is a 1 oz. half-moon (crescent) shaped, frozen dumpling with a flat bottom and is stuffed with pork and vegetables filling. The wrapper has a light yellowish cream colored appearance.
 
Preparation instruction: Product is RTE, however can be heated with the following directions: Preparation Type: Heating Instructions Microwave Instructions: Place frozen potstickers on a microwave safe dish with 2 tablespoons of water and cover with plastic wrap. Allow 40 seconds per potsticker. Cooking time may vary with equipment. * Stovetop Skillet Instructions: Place 2 tsp. Vegetable oil in a medium hot pan (preferably Teflon coated). Place frozen potstickers in pan, bottom side down. When bottom is golden brown, add 1/3 cup of water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes. * Stovetop Boiling Instructions: Frozen: 7 - 8 minutes. * Drain potstickers and serve hot.
