Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets, charred side up, on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375oF and bake for 14- 16 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400oF and bake for 24 -28 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place 2 frozen glazed fillets, charred side up, in a microwavable dish loosely covered with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes. Let stand covered in microwave for 2 minutes before serving. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum. Let stand covered in microwave for 2 minutes before serving. NOTE: Cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on a 1100- watt oven.
