Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO BAKE: Place frozen crusted fiillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 325Â°F and bake for 14- 17 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 375Â°F and bake for 28-30 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165Â°F MINIMUM. Additional Information COOKING INSTRUCTIONS IF THAWED: Remove frozen fillet from packaging. Place the fillets in a clean, sanitized container in a single layer and cover. Place the covered fillets under refrigeration (38Â°F or below) overnight. TO BAKE: Place defrosted fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375Â°F and bake for 8-10 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400Â°F and bake for 14-16 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165Â°F MINIMUM.
