Our sausages are the perfect evolution to our basic recipe made from wheat flour, safflower oil, water and spices. We begin by making a grind from long loaves of grain meat. We then mix the grind into a dough with fresh vegetables, wine or vinegar, herbs and spices like fennel seed, red pepper, fresh garlic, sage, ginger and pepper.
