Create pastry base with the silicone mold of six cavity and make a mousse / cream to lay over the shortcrust pastry. The rings are non-stick and stainless. They allow an homogeneous baking. Ring material is crush-proof. Microperforated ring baking suitable up to 356°F (180°C). Silikomart products are characterized by extreme versatility.
