Preparation instruction: May be prepared from frozen or defrosted state. To thaw in microwave, place tray in oven on DEFROST setting for 2-3 minutes, turning once. Pan Fry:Heat butter or oil over medium heat. Place thawed blintzes and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Bake: Preheat oven to 325ºF. Brush frozen blintzes on all sides with butter or margarine. Place on a baking pan and cook for 8 minutes. Then flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes.Cheese Blintz
