Preparation instruction: Skillet Fried Cutlets Add enough cooking oil to skillet to fully submerge cutlet. Heat oil over medium-high heat until oil reaches 350?F, about 5 minutes. Do not let oil over-heat. Doing so could result in a grease fire. Whisk 3 eggs in medium sized bowl. In a separate bowl, place 2 cups of flour. Dip cutlet in whisked egg, then in flour. Carefully place cutlet into skillet oil. Deep fry about 6 minutes per side until batter is golden brown and internal temperature is 165?F. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Continue for remainder of cutlets. Depending on number of cutlets being prepared, more egg and flour may be required. Serve promptly.
