Our whole botanical formula is processed in organic sesame oil to deeply penetrate and nourish mouth tissues and balance oral flora. After brushing, use our oil pulling concentrate alone by slowly swishing 1 tsp. in mouth for 5-15 minutes. Do not swallow.
