The wooden handle is durable and requires minimal maintenance, while the blade has a unique edge geometry that ensures long-lasting sharpness. This cake turner is ideal for in bakeries, dessert parlors, cafes and restaurants.
For those who prefer the warmth and feel of a real wood handle. Features either stain-free, high-carbon steel or classic high-carbon steel blade, with an individually ground and honed edge. Handle is secured to the blade with brass compression rivets. Made in USA.
