Preparation type: THAW

Preparation instructions: Remove cheezecake from the package, and transfert to cutting board or plate. Thaw in refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Remove and slice into 4-6 equal pieces. Tranfert to serving plates. Thaw an additional 20 minutes at room temperature before serving. Refrigerated any unused pieces immediately. If pressed for time: unwrapped cheezecake at room for 30 minutes, slice into 4-6 equal pieces then thaw for an additional 45 minutes. do not refreeze. Best if consumed within 48 hours of thawing.
