Cottage Bakery Ciabatta
Italian flat bread with open cell structure and a moist, olive oil infused interior. Delicious, thin crispy crust which is the mark of a true artisan ciabatta.
Preparation instruction: Step One:
Preheat oven to 350*F. (Convection Oven Bake at 325*F).
Step Two:
Remove bread from case and place on screens or paper-lined pans. Place pan on baking rack.
Step Three:
Place rack into oven and bake at 350*F for 12-16 minutes
Step Four:
Rest 15-20 minutes before serving to assure center is thawed.
