With three times the hold time of regular fries, these lattice-cut fries can also be paired with toppings, sauces, and dips. Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket half full. Deep fry for 2¾ minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake 7-10 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake 20-25 minutes.
