The Simplot Conquest Clear Coated Straight Cut Fries make a great snack. Covered with a clear starch coating, these fries stay hot and crisp for a longer duration ideal for takeouts and deliveries. These fries also provide greater plate coverage. Available in a bulk case of 6 packs, the Simplot Straight Cut Fries are suitable for cafes, diners, and food trucks.

Conquest(R): the Stand-Out in Take-Out. Clear batter triples the hold time compared to conventional fries, reducing waste and food cost. Extra Long Fancy length with great potato flavor that are great baked or fried.
 
Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket half full. Fry for 3 - 3¼ minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake 12 - 15 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake 20 - 30 minutes.
