Preparation instruction: Pour 2 quarts HOT water (165°F+) into a large container. Slowly add 1 bag gravy mix to the water while rapidly whisking. Continue whisking for 1 minute. Allow gravy to stand for 5 minutes, then briefly whisk again. Serve immediately or hold on steam table at 165°F or higher. Yield: 68 fl. oz.
