The people of Molise hold an unwavering respect for the craft of pasta making. And it’s in this spirit that the Colavita family continues to draw upon the resources of their homeland to produce superb pasta using only 100% durum wheat semolina and fresh mountain spring water with no salts or artificial ingredients added.

Boil - Bring 4 to 6 quarts of slightly salted water to a rapid boil. Pour in the quantity of pasta needed, stirring gently until the water boils again. Cook to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain immediately and serve with your favorite sauce.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct heat and light.
