Utilize hot, cold and passive modules to customize your Pro Cart Ultra to your everchanging menu. Constructed with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, the Pro Cart Ultra is durable and able to retain hot or cold temperatures for at least 4 hours for without electricity. Plus, Pro Cart Ultra can save up to 30 Percent on energy costs versus other brands. Available in 3 sizes to hold 8, 10 and 20 4” deep GN 1/1 food pans, there is a Pro Cart Ultra to fit every foodservice operation.
Cold Module. Thermoelectric cooling technology is safe for transport. Cools down to 32.5˚F (0.28˚C) without a compressor. Adjustable temperature from 32.5˚F (0.28˚C) to 70˚F (21˚C). PCU800/PCU1000 recovers in 23 seconds; PCU2000 recovers in 30 seconds
