Preparation instruction: Measure one gallon of hot water (180-195 F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of one bag of TUF Brown Gravy into water while stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth in body. To make approximately one quart of gravy, mix 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp of gravy mix into 1 quart of hot water.
