B) SOFTEN BY MIXING IN 1ST SPEED FOR 3 MINUTES.
C) SLOWLY ADD 3 LBS. COLD WATER (VARIABLE) MIXING IN 1ST SPEED. MIX UNTIL SMOOTH.
D)THOROUGHLY SCRAPE DOWN BOWL AND AGITATOR.
E) MIX FOR 5 MINUTES (VARIABLE) ON 3RD SPEED ON A 4 SPEED MIXER.
F) MIX IN 1ST SPEED AND ADD 1 LB. COLD WATER (VARIABLE)
