The ready-to-fry frozen Bridgford Foods Sopapilla Dough makes delicious sopapilla, a fried bread delicacy. This fried snack pairs well with powdered sugar, cinnamon, or honey and butter. Available in a bulk pack of 240 sheets, the Bridgford Foods Sopapilla Dough is ideal for Spanish restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores.
Bridgford Sopapilla Dough comes frozen. It is ready for quick frying to produce "homemade" Sopapillas/Fry Bread. Simply remove pre-portioned Sopapilla Dough from case, break apart desired number of pieces, let thaw, and fry.
Preparation instruction: Remove sheet of dough from case. Heat oil in a 375 degree fryer. Fry each square of thawed dough for 45 seconds on one side, turn over and cook for 35 seconds more or until golden brown. Remove from fryer. Drain. Roll in powdered sugar, cinnamon-sugar, or serve with honey and butter.
