Consumers love the flavor and appearance of BENT ARM ALE(R) Beer Battered fries and they offer excellent menu versatility as a side, appetizer or second fry. *All the versatility of a 3/8" fry but slightly thinner for quicker frying and a crisper exterior. *Delicious real potato flavor and excellent plate coverage. *Ideal for family and casual operations.

Preparation and Cooking:

Deep Fry - DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Deep fry for 3 minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place product in single layer on sheet pan. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place product in single layer on sheet pan. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

Pair with any burger, sandwich, or wrap and a nice cold ale for a winning combination.
