Since 1936 Bari Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been made using only the cold press method from locally grown olives. Unlike so many of today's mass produced labels, Bari is still hand made in small quantities from late season Mission & Manzanilla varietal olives. This produces a rich tasting, buttery oil that rivals the finest products that Europe and the Middle East have to offer. A winner of numerous awards including a Gold Medal at the prestigious Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition, Bari is recognized the world over as one of California's oldest and best loved olive oils. All of our olives are locally-sourced from groves in the heart of California (within fifty miles of our mill) in small batches to ensure that olives are milled within twenty-four hours of harvest to provide you with the highest quality of olive oil possible.
