AWARD CUISINE Salisbury Steak With Gravy
Individual Salisbury steak patties made from lean ground beef and specially seasoned. Served in a rich home-style beef gravy.

Preparation instruction: Internal temperature of product should be 165°F. Product may be thawed up to 48 hours under refrigeration prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE. Do not loosen lid. Place Product on tray; bake. During last 10-15 minutes, gently rotate steaks and spoon with gravy, replace lid.Convection Oven(325°F Preheated) from Frozen: 65-75 min. Thawed: 40-45 minutes.Conventional Oven (400°F Preheated) Frozen: 1 hour 10-15 minutes. Thawed: 50-55 minutes.
