Our pizza peels are one-of-a-kind! They are the most efficient and safe way to transfer your oven-baked foods. Featuring long, sturdy handles, these peels allow you to slide pizzas, sandwiches, and breads in and out of even the hottest parts of the oven. The tapered edges of the blade slip smoothly under dough and help maintain its delicate structure during transfers. Plus, for your convenience, all our peels function as a cutting and serving board! If you are looking for an all-in-one product, you’ve found it. Constructed of durable materials, our peels will thrive in your commercial kitchen and restaurant for years upon years. With a length of 18-1/2″ and width of 17-1/2″, this deluxe all-aluminum square peel is perfect for sliding large pizzas and Sicilian pizzas in and out of the oven. Measuring at an overall length of 68″, this peel keeps your hands outside of the hottest parts of the oven and safe from burns. This means you can place food further back into the oven than if you were to use your hands alone. The thin blade slips smoothly under pizzas and helps maintain the delicate structure of the dough during transfers. Designed with versatility in mind, this peel also conveniently functions as a cutting and serving board. Its high-quality, durable aluminum is resistant to corrosion and wear, so it will remain intact for years on end. Use this peel at your pizzeria, restaurant, or hotel kitchen. Made in the US. Hand wash only using aluminum-safe detergent. Note: aluminum blade can be perforated to reduce resistance and weight.
