American Metalcraft Black Twilight Collection Stainless Steel Multifunctional Riser, 12-1/8 X 6-1/8 X 2 Inch -- 12 Per Case

For the modern caterer, any opportunity for economization is valuable. We created the Black Twilight Multifunctional Riser to work as a “utility player” in your dining room. Each is a riser and a basket all in one. Whichever way you use them, these sturdy metal pieces would be a stylish, uber-versatile addition to your buffet service roster. Used flat-side-up, this 12-1/8″ L x 6-1/8″ W x 2″ H riser can elevate a platter or hold a delicious plated meal. Flip it upside-down and you’ve got a handy basket for holding bread, fresh fruit, pastries or condiments. In other words, you can save money by buying one versatile piece of equipment instead of two context-dependent ones. Pretty clever, we know.
