Constructed of heavy 14-gauge (.064 inch, 1.5mm) tempered aluminum. Self stacking design (top pan becomes cover of one underneath). Requires minimum storage space, easily cleaned, refrigerates quickly, and stacks securely. These are professionally made pans economically priced for the pizzeria or bakery. Eastern pan stacks with pans of similar shape.
