The Allen Orange Buttrcreme Icing is ready to use, saving time and effort. It is kosher certified, making it suitable for those with special dietary needs. This pack of Allen Orange Buttrcreme Icing is ideal for bakeries, cake shops, and confectioneries.
Pre-whipped, smooth, orange artificially colored ZTF buttercream-style icing developed to be firm enough for decorating, yet smooth enough for spreading. Packaged in 15-lb pail.
Preparation instruction: STORAGE & HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Check icing temperature before using. Use between 68ºF and 80ºF. Store between -10ºF and 80ºF. Do not allow temperature to go above 80ºF. If frozen or refrigerated, temper at room temperature overnight below 80ºF. Do not microwave or place near heat source. Stir icing for smooth, consistent texture. Extended exposure to light may cause fading.
