Chocolate donut icing with an excellent shine and consistency. Formulated to be used warm, but can be used unheated where applicable. Packaged in 38 lb pail.
 
Preparation instruction: STORAGE AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: USE DIRECTLY FROM PAIL 68ºF - 80ºF. FOR BEST SPREADABILITY STIR BEFORE USING. FOR DIPPING OR DRIZZLING HEAT TO 105º F - 110º F. TEST ICING TEMPERATURE BEFORE USING STORE BETWEEN -10ºF AND 80ºF. IF FROZEN OR REFRIGERATED, TEMPER AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OVERNIGHTALLEN® DONUT ICING CHOCOLATE
