Mildly seasoned with bell peppers, onions, and spices, the Advance Food Beef and Pepper Patties make for a juicy burger filling. These beef and pepper patties are made with fresh beef trimmings that are packed with flavor. Ideal for use in burgers, wraps, and submarine sandwiches, these patties can find use in fast food outlets, sandwich bars, and food trucks. The bulk pack contains 40 units.

Preparation instruction: Flat grill: add a small amount of oil to the medium heat section of the grill (350 degrees f); cook frozen product for 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees f, turning frequently to avoid overcooking. Conventional oven: preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Bake frozen product for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees f. Convection oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
